We’re looking for a full‑time Senior Designer who challenges conventional thinking, can tell a killer story (or joke), and is obsessed with building brands through design. From tactical asks to evolving the way brands appear in the world, you’re a crafts‑person who loves the way ideas can come to life visually in both big and small ways.
Qualifications
- 4+ years agency experience
- Strong conceptual thinker: obsessed with ideas and how they come to life
- Traditional Art Direction/Design background is ideal; experience with XM is a plus
- Strong presenter who can sell ideas to clients in a confident and compelling way
- Great hang – willing collaborator & creative community member
