Area Covered: UK
Package: £60,000 - £75,000, Pension, Health Insurance and Life Insurance
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Design and Estimating Manager - Modular Buildings. This individual will act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act for Modular Construction projects (excluding higher‑risk buildings), coordinating design activities to manage and reduce building safety risks and ensure statutory compliance across off‑site manufacture and on‑site installation.
