Responsibilities

• Lead and shape demand planning to drive business performance
• Turn complex data into clear forecasts for strategic decisions
• Set the standard for forecasting processes and methodologies
• Influence senior partners to align on approaches
• Own the end-to-end demand plan and lead IBP forums
• Shape tools, models, and frameworks to improve accuracy
• Ensure successful execution of product launches and seasonal strategies

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, forecasting or relevant supply chain role
• Ability to influence and build alignment with senior stakeholders
• Strong demand forecasting experience in a retail or wholesale environment
• Strong foundation in statistical forecasting and advanced proficiency in data manipulation and Excel
