of Duties: 

Demand Planning & Forecasting 

  • Lead the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned product categories across multiple sales channels, including retail, e-commerce, distributors, and key accounts. 
  • Develop and maintain an accurate rolling 12–18 month demand forecast by integrating statistical forecasting, historical sales trends, market intelligence, promotional activities, product lifecycle events, pricing initiatives, and customer insights. 
  • Challenge commercial assumptions through data analysis and recommend forecast adjustments to improve forecast quality. 
  • Monitor demand performance and identify emerging market trends, demand shifts, and business opportunities. 

    • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) 

  • Own and facilitate the monthly Demand Review and S&OP process, ensuring alignment between Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Regional Supply Chain teams.
