Job Description
Blanc Labs seeks a Senior Data Scientist to shape AI-driven product decisions by translating data into actionable insights. You will partner with the AI Technical Product Manager and ML Engineers to quantify impact and deliver measurable business value.
You will define success metrics, prioritize initiatives based on ROI, and measure real-world impact of deployed AI features. You will communicate insights through dashboards and reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
