You will have opportunity to closely work with teams who are building Agentic AI powered CX.
You will be responsible for building observability framework and telemetry for next generation of CX powered by LLM's at enterprise scale. As a senior engineer, you'll be a technical leader responsible for architectural decisions and mentoring that shape both our data platforms and team members.
