Senior Customer 360 Engineer
We invite you to join our Service Domain Data & Analytics team as a Senior Customer 360 Engineer. In this role, you will drive our multi‑year platform strategy and deliver high‑impact data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance data pipelines handling large volumes of structured customer data across on‑premise and cloud environments
- Drive technical migration of complex ETL/ELT pipelines from Cloudera to Snowflake on AWS
- Build automated testing suites and reconciliation frameworks to ensure 100% data completeness and accuracy
- Integrate data tests into CI/CD deployment pipelines for automated validation
- Collaborate with QA teams, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into robust technical data products
