Job Description
Senior Data Engineer — Google Cloud Platform / Microsoft Azure
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines in cloud environments (GCP and/or Azure).
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, and modeling processes (ETL / ELT).
- Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of cloud‑based data solutions.
- Handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, BI, Architecture, and Business teams to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance best practices are applied.
- Participate in code reviews, technical standards definition, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and incident resolution in production environments.
