Job Description
Our centralised Data Services enterprise function is in the market for a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines using industry‑leading tools Snowflake, Fivetran and dbt. You will be building secure, efficient, and high‑performing data workflows while embedding best practices within our Modern Data Platform. This role also involves documenting ETL/ELT processes and continuously improving data engineering standards.
As a Senior, you will also mentor junior Data Engineers, embed best practices for peer reviews and documentation, and collaborate closely with analytics, data engineering, and governance teams. You will also drive automation, optimise data assets, and explore emerging technologies to enhance our data management capabilities.
