Senior Data Centre - Ops Engineer

What will you do?

Deploy and operate data center and cloud infrastructure solutions handed off from the architecture and engineering teams.

Perform hands‑on operational activities for servers, storage, and network equipment.

Install, rack, cable, label, RMA and decommission hardware.

Work closely with Data Centers and operations team to manage space, power and track inventory in all PoPs.

Use or develop scripts/tools for operational efficiency.

Prepare SOWs defining operational scope, infrastructure tasks, and supporting project planning and execution.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve escalated infrastructure and hardware issues.
