Job Description
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision‑making across business, with a focus on medical claims, cost management and business performance optimisation.
- Design, build and enhance visual analytics to generate insights on medical claim trends and cost drivers for business functions, ensuring continued relevance and usage.
- Provide clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations to support business functions in sustainable claims management.
- Lead independent deep‑dive analyses and contribute to projects and initiatives to address business challenges and support decision‑making.
- Support the development of structured data marts where necessary to improve the scalability, consistency and reusability of visual analytics assets.
