You will own and evolve how customer data, insights, and technology come together across the Platform, taking responsibility for both operational stability and strategic progression, ensuring that we can build the customer experiences and marketing capabilities of the future .

This is a cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of customer experience, marketing, data, and technology.
