Job Description
Real-Time Innovations (RTI) is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager in Singapore to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and identify new project opportunities across aerospace and defense initiatives.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and scale our customer success playbooks, while traveling up to 20% and supporting government clearance requirements.
