Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive to own how we talk to our customers across their entire lifecycle. Sitting within the marketing team and working across Right Bite and Kitopi’s portfolio of brands in the UAE and KSA, you’ll design and run segmented, personalised automations and ad‑hoc campaigns across in‑app, push, email, WhatsApp, SMS and emerging channels. The goal: the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment – driving trial, conversion, retention and winback across our subscription and ordering base.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who lives in the data, sweats the detail, and can turn lifecycle thinking into flows that actually move the numbers.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute segmented, personalised CRM journeys and one‑off campaigns across in‑app, push, email, WhatsApp, SMS and new channels as they come online.
