Job Description
Design Science, a Queensland-based building design and construction practice, seeks an experienced estimator for full-time remote work aligned to Queensland hours. You will create detailed BOQs and cost takeoffs from Revit/BIM data using CostX, building up estimates from first principles and updating rate libraries.
You will work directly with the principal, pricing residential renovations, extensions and duplex projects on the Gold Coast.
