In this role you will lead cost management for complex construction projects, acting as the day-to-day interface with clients to drive successful outcomes. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver cost planning, procurement, and post‑contract cost control across data center and other critical projects. You’ll contribute to value engineering and final accounts while mentoring the cost management team. This is an opportunity to shape project economics for high‑impact programs and collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve value and performance.
