Job Description
Mattel in Mexico City (Polanco) seeks a Sr. Analyst, Cost Analytics & Performance LATAM to support the regional Finance team by monitoring, reconciling, and analyzing product cost, inventory, and logistics‑related cost of sales across LATAM.
Partnering with FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Audit, you will strengthen reporting, automate recurring processes, and provide actionable insights on gross margin and cost performance to enable faster, data‑driven decisions.
