Distribution Sr. Coordinator – Responsibilities
Distribution Operations – Order to Cash (O2C)
- Closely collaborate with Third‑party Logistics (3PLs) to ensure that all orders are processed and shipments are delivered on time.
- Provide support to the 3PL on orders and shipments.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and provide information and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Monitor allocation/quota/suspicious orders and shortage risk.
- Process credit notes, debit notes and product returns.
- Support collection of order‑to‑cash data and reports.
