Job Description
ws engineering & fabrication pte. ltd. is seeking a senior contract lawyer to review tender instructions, terms and conditions, and address risk areas affecting cost and delivery.
The role requires collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, and Project teams to draft, review, and negotiate contract letters, variations, and settlements. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from Singapore or Malaysia, at least 5 years in contract review, and exposure to litigation/arbitration.
