Job Description
SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
- Location: Yasmeen City, Lusail, Qatar
- Duration: 27th June – 28th July 2026 (leave replacement)
- Working Hours: 9 hrs/day (incl. 1 hr lunch) · Saturday – Thursday
- Start Date: 27th June 2026
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a QS / Cost Administrator / Contracts Engineer
- Extensive background in cost control and cost management — VO evaluations, negotiations, and approvals
- Experienced in managing cost claims for EOT (Extension of Time), prolongation, disruption, and additional costs
- Strong contract administration skills in line with FIDIC or equivalent contract frameworks
- Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (BS QS) or Civil Engineering
