Who You Are:
- Experienced consultant in Incentive Compensation Management solution or experienced Compensation Administrator with at least 5 years of experience.
- Advanced/Expert level with MS Excel
- Should be able to convert complex customer requirements and building configuration options, with ability to guide clients through decision-making process
