Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development and Talent Management, the Senior Consultant, Executive Recruitment is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior leadership positions such as VPs and AVPs. Operating within the framework of the University’s Recruitment Policy (UAPPOL), provincial labor legislation, and best practice, this position ensures a proactive, barrier‑free, and highly professional search process. The main contribution of this role is to secure top‑tier national and global talent that aligns with the University’s strategic plan while mitigating reputational risk and ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
