At ASGC , we are looking for an exceptional Senior Construction Manager – Civil to lead the delivery of landmark high-rise developments across the UAE.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a construction professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects from inception through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of high-rise construction, from mobilization and substructure to superstructure, architectural finishes, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage advanced construction methodologies, including deep basements, post-tension systems, jump-form/climbing-form systems, and façade installation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
