Your first level at Cycore is about learning the craft and running your own clients well. This is the next step: becoming the person who makes everyone around you better.
As a Senior Compliance Engineer, you create leverage for the whole firm. You build the playbooks others run, mentor newer Compliance Engineers, and take on the engagements that would overwhelm a less-experienced team. You're deep enough in the work that auditors respect your judgment and clients trust your calls.

At this level, your expertise is what turns that speed into work that's actually right for each client, and it's what you pass on to the engineers coming up behind you. From here, your path can grow in one of two directions depending on your strengths: Engagement Manager (management track) or Principal Advisor (expert track).
