As a key player in the Compensation Team, you will support RBIās global compensation program design and execution. This high-visibility role requires collaboration with various departments to motivate and reward employees effectively. Key Responsibilities:
⢠Lead comprehensive market pricing and benchmarking
⢠Analyze pay structures for risk assessment and remediation
⢠Create clear compensation materials for HR and leaders
⢠Improve compensation models and reporting tools
⢠Collaborate on pay transparency and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
⢠2ā4 years of experience in HR Analytics or Compensation
⢠Advanced analytical and Excel skills required
