I. Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Compensation supports WM's compensation philosophy and strategy by communicating and administering programs and policies that attract and retain top talent. Through partnerships with Human Resources, Management and HR Technology, leverages analytical and presentation skills to execute solutions to compensation-related challenges.
**This is a remote work from home opportunity.**
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Support the design and administration of comprehensive compensation programs including job architecture, market benchmarking & annual base pay and bonus planning processes.
+ Consult with Human Resources Business Partners, Directors, and Managers about compensation programs, policy, practices, and compensation related activities such as strategic new hire offers, promotions, pay position...
