Job Description
We are looking for Senior Collections Specialist to join our Professional Collection team in Beijing. This role plays a critical role in optimizing the collections process and speed up collection. The team consists of 8 team members and is reporting to the Manager, Collections. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in collection.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
More than 5 years of experience in complex collection environment, familiar with the entire process of risk control and dispute resolution
Have good sense of collection, be willing to actively contact customers to solve the dispute and speed up collection as daily priority
Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills is required to solve complex collection issue
