A machinist flags a fixturing challenge on a composite part—together you diagnose the issue, adjust the workholding concept, and update a Mastercam program to stabilize the cycle. By mid-day, you’re running a quick capability study, documenting GD&T-critical features, and finalizing setup sheets for a new NPI job transitioning into production. You wrap up by aligning with Quality and Operations on corrective actions and planning out the next wave of continuous improvements.
