MonitorOEEand uptime, define and drive actions to improve them.
Analyze equipment alarms, and chronic issues; implement robust corrective and preventive actions.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Define and optimizePM (Preventive Maintenance)plans andspare parts strategy.
Support technicians incomplex troubleshooting: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, robotics and software.
Escalate and coordinate withequipment vendors(remote and on-site) for advanced technical support.
Participate inspecification, selection, installation and qualificationof new CMP tools.
Lead or supportprocess and equipment release to production, including capability and stability checks.
Manageequipment upgrades, retrofits, and obsolescence mitigation projects.
