Lead the North America ProServe Cloud Architects team at Amazon as a Senior Manager. Drive pre-sales excellence and develop business strategies for enhanced regional performance.
As the Senior Manager for Professional Services Cloud Architecture, you will oversee PCA Managers and PCAs across NAMER. Your role focuses on people leadership, strategic business alignment, and optimizing engagement margins. Collaborate with AGS Sales and Technical Sales for effective resource allocation and organizational design while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the NAMER PCA team and oversee PCA Managers
• Define pre-sales strategies aligned to ProServe's 3-Year Plan
• Build strong C-level relationships to enhance business outcomes
• Drive team performance through hiring and development
• Track and improve regional KPIs such as bookings and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 10+ years in IT or management consulting
