The Opportunity
Rystad Energy is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Houston-based Sales & Marketing team as a Senior Client Success Manager. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key account clients as part of the Key Account team. This is a high-visibility role, and you will be one of their key initial points of contact, understanding their unique business objectives and providing strategic guidance to ensure their long-term success with our solutions. You will collaborate with Account Managers on a portfolio of accounts to ensure each relationship is growing and developing.
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, adapts quickly to new systems and processes with minimal ramp-up time, and work flexibly as part of a multi-person team.
