We're looking for a Senior Client Specialist to drive excellence in Broker Consultant (BC) support, lead product expertise initiatives, and strengthen the Wealth & Investments front‑office Centre of Excellence.
This role combines product mastery, advanced client engagement, operational accuracy, and strategic insight, serving as a senior influencer in the client value chain.
What You’ll Do
- Provide specialist support on complex investment and product‑related queries
- Manage client escalations and deliver tailored solutions
- Support and develop Broker Consultants through product expertise and training
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the client experience
- Analyse trends and provide insights to support business and client outcomes
