Enhance client service in claims with your expertise as a Claims Representative II. Investigate, negotiate, and settle automobile, property, and commercial claims while prioritizing client engagement and satisfaction.
In this role, you will leverage your skills to manage complex claims with minimal oversight, ensuring clients receive prompt attention and quality service. Your efforts will include collaborating with clients, vendors, and officials for effective settlements, as well as providing guidance to other staff members. You'll maintain claim files and participate in audits and training as needed.
