Senior Claims Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Claims Executive, you will support the end-to-end management of incoming claims and related documentation, ensuring timely, accurate processing and clear communication with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders. The role has a strong focus on Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims, with exposure to broader Property & Casualty claims also welcomed.

We will count on you to:

• Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications; inform relevant parties of potential issues or contentious claims and seek guidance or escape to Claims Advocates where appropriate.
