Senior Civil & Structural Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil & Structural Executive with a minimum 5 years of construction experience to coordinate our projects. This role is critical in ensuring technical compliance, quality delivery, and smooth coordination between consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

• To assist the Project Manager during the development stage, leading to monitoring and control of projects effectively.
• To be able to work on development feasibility, cash flow budgeting, planning, monitoring, and controlling
• Constantly liaise with local authorities’ on all planning approvals at pre-development and project implementation stage in particularly to KM, BP, R&D, EW and other related approval.
