Senior Civil Engineer

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead municipal infrastructure projects (site planning, permitting, civil design)

  • Manage client relationships throughout the Glastonbury area

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and financial performance

  • Prepare scopes, work plans, fees, and agreements

  • Supervise and mentor engineers, technicians, and designers

  • Develop plans, specifications, and infrastructure designs

  • Support team development and business growth opportunities

    • What You’ll Bring:

  • BS in Engineering (Civil preferred); PE required

  • 8+ years of industry & project management experience

  • Municipal/civil/water/wastewater project experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D
