Senior Civil Designer / Drafter

Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd.’s (KCB) Power and Transportation Group has an immediate opening for a Senior Civil Designer / Drafter to join our Vancouver office. This role will work on heavy civil infrastructure projects, including hydroelectric, transportation, and marine facilities. The successful candidate will work as part of a project team alongside accomplished managers, engineers, designers, and drafters.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of multidisciplinary project managers by providing leadership and guidance to their respective engineering, design, and drafting resources and project teams.
• Coordinate civil design, 3D models, and drawing production across a range of projects from hydroelectric facilities to linear infrastructure.
• Create civil layouts, plans, and detailed design drawing packages for the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility stage through construction and close-out.
