Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure reliable operation and optimal efficiency.
- Deliver professional customer support by responding promptly to client queries and issues related to chiller operations and maintenance.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control system faults with effective corrective actions.
- Advise and educate clients on proper operating and maintenance practices to extend equipment lifespan.
- Prepare clear and detailed service reports, including work performed, findings, and improvement recommendations.
- Perform commissioning for new chiller installations, ensuring systems are correctly installed and operate according to specifications.
