Senior Chef de Partie – Saint Ronans, part of Holroyd Howe’s catering team for independent schools. The role supports daily kitchen operations, leads the supper service, and collaborates with school life events while maintaining high food safety and allergen control standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef Manager in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead the supper service, creating engaging food experiences for boarders.
• Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service.
• Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met.
• Contribute to innovative menu planning, especially for supper service.
• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth, timely service.
• Support events and functions alongside school life.
• Champion allergen controls and uphold respectful codes of conduct towards clients, customers, suppliers, and partners.
