We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Capture Director, based in McLean, Virginia, to lead and manage capture efforts supporting the Air and Space Force Solutions (ASFS) organization. This role requires a strategic, results-driven leader with deep knowledge in defense acquisition processes, government contracting, and the unique requirements of aerospace and space related programs. The Senior Capture Director will be responsible for developing and executing capture strategies that secure critical contracts and foster long-term partnerships within the Air Force and Space domains. The Senior Capture Director will report directly to the Vice President and General Manager of ASFS and lead the Capture and Solution Architect team.
