Job Purpose
Senior Campaign Operations Manager to support eBay's Regulatory team.
What You'll Do
Campaign & Regulatory Initiative Planning
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines (in Google Sheets) for regulatory campaigns across multiple markets and quarters
- Break initiatives into clear steps, milestones, dependencies, and ownership assignments
- Collaborate with Program Leads, copywriters, agencies, Legal, Product, Trust, and other business units to define scope and realistic delivery timelines
- Plan and maintain forward‑looking regulatory campaign calendars aligned to evolving legal requirements
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies before they impact delivery
Cross‑Functional Coordination & Leadership
