Technical Skills
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20) expertise.
- Strong experience in Market Data and/or Order/Execution Management Systems.
- Expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency, high-performance system design.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol, exchange connectivity, and market data feeds.
- Familiarity with messaging middleware, Linux, performance tuning tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams of 5–10+ members.
- Proven delivery of complex, mission-critical systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and sprint delivery.
- Preferred: Background in capital markets, investment banking, or fintech.
- Knowledge of the trading lifecycle, market data, and trading system regulations is an advantage. <...
