Senior Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce / Agile Delivery - 1108

Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Technical Solutions, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will bridge business requirements with systems design through all phases of opportunity ideation or problem resolution and systems enhancement. The BSA works closely with the business and leadership to understand business needs, requirements, and strategic opportunities. Working in a team environment, they are responsible for:

• Representing the business’ requirements
• Defining and designing the business functionality of the system
