You will lead the evolution of an essential CRM platform, integrating technical modules and ensuring stability for underwriting user groups. Presenting strategic plans to C-suite executives will be a key part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sprint deliverables and coordinate UAT activities
• Own the stability and evolution of a CRM platform
• Connect various technical business requirements
• Present to C-suite and collaborate on API definitions
• Ensure deliverables meet business standards through UAT
Requirements:
• Strong experience with MS Dynamics CRM platform
• Proven record of enterprise CRM implementations
• Specific knowledge of insurance workflows
