The Senior Business Product Owner (Sr BPO) delivers scalable, high-impact solutions and automated processes for global customer service. The Sr BPO steers agile teams, aligns stakeholders, and drives adoption to deliver business value. As Sr BPO AI & Knowledge Management you are responsible for advanced Service Knowledge Management solutions, centered around AI and AI‑ready data pipelines. This role requires a blend of technological expertise and functional judgment to meet quality goals and the service community’s needs. Field experience in the Roche Diagnostics service business, or a comparable environment, is a major plus.
