Key Responsibilities:
● Build and expand relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, developers, landowners, and real estate stakeholders.
● Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial construction opportunities.
● Conduct structured first-level discussions to understand construction requirements, intent, timelines, and budgets.
● Qualify opportunities before handing them over to the Business/Sales/Consulting team.
● Drive pipeline generation through relationship-led engagement rather than cold outreach.
● Ensure high-quality meeting hand-offs with complete customer context and requirement clarity.
● Represent the brand at industry forums, networking events, and real estate communities.
● Maintain long-term engagement with prospects across extended decision-making cycles.
