We are partnering with an established organisation within the industrial / automotive / marine solutions space to identify a Senior Business Development Executive to support regional growth across Asia. This role will be instrumental in driving sales performance, strengthening distributor networks, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of annual sales revenue and market share targets across assigned Asian markets, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with regional distributors, serving as the key point of contact within the territory.
• Monitor distributor performance using structured evaluation tools, identify capability gaps, and implement improvement initiatives.
