The role involves managing sales and developing market strategies within the kitchen solutions sector, including modular kitchens, cabinetry, countertops and appliances. The candidate will drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships, and will also lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchen industry.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven track record of achieving targets & experience in the Abu Dhabi market, especially with a German kitchen cabinet brand.
