• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Logistics stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges, strategic priorities, and decision‑making needs through discovery workshops and ongoing engagement.
• Take ownership of business challenges by scoping solutions, engaging stakeholders for input, and defining implementation roadmaps—moving insights from analysis into action across the organization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data views by aggregating data from multiple systems (legacy, Google, Tableau, SQL, etc.) and translating it into insights that inform strategy.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, recommending AI‑assisted automation solutions, and developing implementation playbooks that drive measurable efficiency gains.
