Responsibilities
- Understand clients business processes, operational requirements, and target-state objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across business, risk, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, business rules, process flows, user stories, and solution designs.
- Act as the primary business contact for project-related requirements, clarifications, and solution discussions.
- Perform gap analysis and configure the product to meet client business requirements, credit policies, regulatory requirements, and operational processes.
